How it works:
Merchants (admins) with some rare (not buyable, but nothing OP) stuff and some basic stuff in a cart, buying and selling stuff.
When will this be possible?
When an announced:
ANNOUNCEMENT: "A Merchant from the southern lands has arrived with a cart full of goods to the commoner town" or anything similar to this.
In short: Players can buy and sell stuff with negotiable prices, or even attempt to steal it.
Merchants (admins) with some rare (not buyable, but nothing OP) stuff and some basic stuff in a cart, buying and selling stuff.

There was recently this event, and when it started EVErYONE started stealing from the cart, just a few ideas, maybe limit the number of people who can steal from the cart? Or like hire some TG as guards to be part of the event?
