Dagfinnr's Ban by a raging TA

Why do you think you were banned?: Cause I won a tourney. TA_WokaWoka raged and banned me.
Why do you think you should be unbanned?: Because it was a totally unfair ban.
Additional information: I srsly think WokaWoka should be reviewed for TA. I got a kick with no warning for protecting myself against a randomer, and the ban came without warning.

Let's see. So there were 3 players on the server when I decided to see if anyone would be interested in a jousting tournament. It gathered quite a few players. I directed anyone who wished to join the tournament to join the Town Watch faction and become man at arms. I would pay for any participants class fees, armor, horses and weapons. Now this was the first time I had jousted, so I get some help from a fellow friend on instructions.

On a side note, I had just kicked Dag_Druid for randoming and fighting in the town when I had announced to everyone no fighting in the town while we prepare for the tournament. Of course Dag_Druid and someone else fight over nothing immediately and people are crying Dag is randoming. Then a few minutes later he kills someone. So I kicked him after the stern warning no fighting in town.

Flash forward to the tournament. A few people dropped out at the last minute and it was just three of us. We all had plated armor and were ready to go. I was still trying to figure out the joust, and as I tried to press X I ended up Z instead. So I didn't move. Here comes Dag barrelling down the track on the same side as me, not the opposite. He kills me with a lance. Then, he doubles back and kills the remaining player in the back without any announcement. So, as you can see, from my account (you'll have to look in the logs for the other player involved), Dag not only randomly killed the admin and broke tournament rules but continued to random the lone participant proclaiming himself the victor. Keep in mind I had already kicked him.

My recommendation is to have him sit out for a while until you think he's ready to play again. Time and time again, I see him stir trouble. And then his mantra, "I can get your TA taken away!" is extremely obnoxious. I keep it in as much as I can, but that's a really personal OOC threat. I really love this community, and I can't wait to be a GA, but I'm not going to be bullied by a player.

I wasn't randoming. I was defending myself against Matiuskas. He rdmed me FIRST, and then i defended myself when he tried to kill me again. repeatedly.

Sorry about the same side track thing. I didn't realize you didn't know how to do it.

Ummmmm, aren't you supposed to defeat everyone? And in a tourney, you don't have to announce. You just fight.

Yah, that's all bullshit. Sorry about language, but I'm not the one causing trouble. Hardly ever. There are a few times my RP hasn't been quite up to snuff, but I apologize and stop. You're exaggerating.

How is it a mantra? You majorly broke admin rules. You should get TA taken. That makes SENSE. And just because you're an admin, means you get to lash out at people who are "bullies", when the rest of us have to wait until one of you gets around to our report? In what way is that fair?

I'm not raging, not trying to be rude, just pointing out what I think are serious flaws in your argument.

I spoke with Natus, and she agrees that you are to remain under a lengthy ban. I'm not happy about it, but you are a habitual line stepper who constantly tests me. I hope your attitude improves while you have this time to reflect on your actions.
